Any individual who claims to hold a BCSP certification without proper authorization from BCSP may be penalized under the BCSP Unauthorized Use Policy and be subject to civil action and penalties. Penalties under the Unauthorized Use Policy include, but are not limited to, the publication of the names of individuals found to violate the Policy on the BCSP website for a penalty period of five (5) years. Anyone found to have violated the Unauthorized Use Policy will also be ineligible to apply for or obtain any BCSP credentials during the penalty period.

Members and other users of the directory unconditionally agree not to hold BCSP, its directors, offices, employees, members and guests responsible in any manner or to any extent for the actions or the consequences to such actions related to the use of the information provided or services obtained from the consultant directory.
